Shipping Policy
We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected please read the shipping policy below for online orders, business shipping hours:
All orders receive Monday – Friday by 11:30 am EST, excluding national holidays, will be shipped same day.
Orders received after daily shipping hours will be processed the next business day. Items ordered on Friday after 11:30 am EST, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping as it is directly paid to our providers.
Our shipping options and delivery estimates are the following
- Free shipping: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery
- Standard Shipping – $4.25 – Please allow 4 to 5 business day for delivery.
- Priority Shipping – $9.95 – Approximately 3 business days
- Express Shipping – $15.75 – 2 business days
Our shipping carriers are United States Postal service and FedEx.
We can ship to PO Boxes with USPS services only.
FedEx expedited shipping policy
FedEx 2Day is a guaranteed 2 business day delivery service. Orders placed on Thursday by 11:30 am and Saturday delivery is available, then Saturday delivery will be selected. However, if Saturday delivery is not available in your area, your shipment will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Friday by 11:30 am will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed Friday after 11:30 am and on Saturday/Sunday will be delivered the following Wednesday. Please remember, FedEx is not able to deliver to a PO Box address.
Internationally Shipping
We apologize for any inconvenience but due to US Export regulations, we cannot ship outside the United States at this time.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected where applicable.
